So what is bellydance?
While it’s exact origins are unknown, the oldest records of bellydance tells us that it was (and is still) a folk and social dance in the middle east, performed by all genders.
By taking a bellydance class, not only will you be learning about this beautiful dance style, but you will also be getting a great low-impact workout.
You will notice improved posture, muscle tone, better digestion, (and Fahada’s favorites) reduced stress and improved self-esteem.
This class is ideal for:
-people new to bellydance
-bellydancers who haven’t danced in a while, and want to get back into the swing of it
-experienced dancers who want to brush up on their basics
(This is a Mix-Gender Class)
What to Wear to Class:
Please wear semi-fitted to form-fitting exercise pants, opaque leggings, caprees or shorts to class unless otherwise stated.
While many prefer to bellydance barefoot, you may also wear non-heeled dance shoes.
